It has 2 mounting holes at 12:00 and 5:00 with the top hole threaded. It also has the side positioned battery cable stud instead of the B+ tab. If fits late 60's and early 70's AMX, Hornet, Javelin, Matador, Jeep CJ series 72-74, Cherokee 74-76, DJ5 72-74, J series pickups 68-76, and Wagoneer 72-76. Asking $73.00 plus freight.
